Document Required for Individual User Digital Signature : -

  1. Application Form
  2. ID Proof of Applicant - PAN Card / Passport / Driving License of Any Other Government Issued Proof having Photo and Signature of Applicant.
  3. Address Proof of Applicant - Passport / Driving License / Aadhaar Card or any other Government Issued Proof having Photo and Address of Applicant.

Document Required for Organization User Digital Signature : -

For Proprietorship Firm :-

  1. Duly Filled , Signed and Completed Application Form - Click here to Download Application Form
  2. Letter of ID Proof on Letter head - Download ID Proof - Click here to Download Letter of ID Proof
  3. Copy of PAN Card Copy of Applicant.
  4. Copy of GST Certificate or any state or central government business registration copy.
  5. Copy of Latest Firm bank account statement - First 2 Pages
  6. Copy of ITR of Proprietor (Front side page-1)

For Partnersip Firm :-

  1. Duly Filled , Signed and Completed Application Form - Click here to Download Application Form
  2. Letter of ID Proof on Letter head - Download ID Proof - Click here to Download Letter of ID Proof
  3. Copy of Firm PAN Card.
  4. Copy of Latest Firm bank account statement - First 2 Pages
  5. Copy of ITR of Firm (Front side page-1)
  6. Copy of Partnership Deed of Firm ( first 3 pages )
  7. Copy of PAN Card of Applicant.

For Pvt Ltd / Ltd Companies :-

  1. Duly Filled , Signed and Completed Application Form - Click here to Download Application Form
  2. Letter of ID Proof on Letter head - Download ID Proof - Click here to Download Letter of ID Proof
  3. Board of Resolution in favor of Authorised Signatory --- Click here to Download Board of Resolution
  4. Copy of Company Organizational Pan Card (Front side )
  5. Copy of Statement of Organizational bank account - First 2 Pages [ Not older then 6 months from current date ]
  6. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation ( COI )
  7. Copy of article and memorandum of association ( MOA & AOA First 2 Pages )
  8. Copy of ITR OR Audit Report along with the annual return pertaining to last financial year (Front side page-1)
  9. Copy of PAN Card of Applicant.

For Government User :-

  1. Duly Filled , Signed and Completed Application Form - Click here to Download Application Form
  2. Letter of ID Proof on Letter head - Download ID Proof - Click here to Download Letter of ID Proof
  3. Copy of Applicant employee ID Card / Letter of ID Proof by Oragnization authorised by authority signatory.
  4. Copy of Authorised Signatory's Self Attested employee ID Proof.
  5. Copy of Applicant PAN Card [ If PAN Number is mentioned in Application Form]

For DGFT Organization User :-

  1. Duly Filled , Signed and Completed Application Form - Click here to Download Application Form
  2. Letter of ID Proof on Letter head - Download ID Proof - Click here to Download Letter of ID Proof
  3. Board of Resolution in favor of Authorised Signatory --- Click here to Download Board of Resolution
  4. Copy of Company Organizational Pan Card (Front side )
