If you are facing DSCSigner client is not installed or running Error on eOffice or eSwaraj Gram Panchayat website while using digital signature, follow below steps.
Step 1: Remove your digital signature from computer and click on Close button, pop window will be opened. Click on OK button.
To solve this problem we have to restart / download latest DSCSigner.
To restart the DSCSigner Service, Right Click on DSCService icon on your desktop and click on Run as Administrator.
After click on Run as Administrator, below window will be opened for 2-3 seconds.
After restarting the service go to step 5.
If problem do not get solved then, Download latest DSCSigner Service Click here to download Requirements.
After downloading, Unzip it and Open the folder. In folder, right click on DSCSigner and Click on Run As Administrator.
Step 2: Wait to Complete the setup.
Step 3: After installation of DSCSigner, Below window will get open and will close automatically in 2-3 seconds.
Step 4: Now plug in the digital signature usb token in computer and open website. Please install latest USB Token drivers before using it. Download USB Token Drivers from here.
Step 5: In login, click on Master Entry then DSC Management & then Sign Approve Vendor File.
Step 6: Choose the file, click on Approve and Apply Digital Signature.
Step 7: Pop window will be opened to enter USB Token Password. Enter the password and click on OK.
Step 8: Certificate details will be displayed, Click on Confirm Signing button to sign.
Step 9: DSC will be signed successfully.
