सुझाव :1. अपने पीसी में यूएसबी टोकन प्लग आउट और प्लग इन करने का प्रयास करें।
अगर पहले से प्लग इन है, तो नीचे दिए गए चरणों के साथ अपने डीएससी की जांच करें:
i.इंटरनेट एक्सप्लोरर > इंटरनेट विकल्प > सामग्री टैब > प्रमाणपत्र पर जाएं।
iii. नीचे स्क्रॉल करें और की यूसेज पर जाएं और वहां "डिजिटल सिग्नेचर, नॉन-रिपुडिएशन" चेक करें।
2. या USB टोकन प्लग आउट करें, IE से प्रमाणपत्र निकालें और USB टोकन के ड्राइवर को अनइंस्टॉल और इंस्टॉल करें और पुनः प्रयास करें।
Normally Firefox browser needs manual intervention in adding root certificate.1. Add the url - https://127.0.0.1:portNo ( port on which server is started Eg: https://127.0.0.1:1585 ). in browser address bar and press the Enter key.2. You will be prompted to add the certificate to exception site list. Click the Add Exception button. Check Port on which server is started. Ensure that the port number is matching with emSigner port description.Now Go to Control Panel > Program and Features to check the version of emSigner. In case the emSigner version is 1.2, you need to uninstall this version and install the emSigner v2.6.3. Type the url https://127.0.0.1:1585 in Mozilla Firefox browser.4. Click the Advanced button. 5. Click the Add Exception button.6. Click the Confirm Security Exception button.
If you are not able to verify signature in the Registration Certificate (RC), follow below steps: 1. Open the RC with any PDF app.2. Right click on the Question Mark showing the Signature not Verified/Validity Unknown.3. Click on Show Signature Properties.4. Click on Show Signer's Certificate. 5. Select the Trust tab and click on Add to Trusted Identities.6. Second pop-up will be opened. Click OK.7. Select all the checkboxes and click OK.8. Close all the pop-ups and check the signature. Note: RC generated by the GST Portal prior to 21 June, 2021 might show Validity Unknown status in the RC for signature part after verifying the signature as the old trust certificate has been expired.
Before you register your DSC at the GST Portal, you need to install the emSigner utility. The utility can be downloaded from the Register DSC page. DSC registration is PAN based and only Class 3 DSC are accepted at the GST Portal. To register your DSC with the GST Portal, perform the following steps: 1. Open the https://www.gst.gov.in/ . On Home Page, follow below steps: In case of New Registration:i. Click the REGISTER NOW link.ii. Choose the Temporary Reference Number (TRN) option.iii. In the Temporary Reference Number (TRN) field, enter the TRN received.iv. Click the PROCEED button.v. In the Mobile / Email OTP field, enter the OTP you received on your mobile number and e-mail address. Note:• OTP sent to mobile number and e-mail address are same.• In case OTP is invalid, try again by clicking the Click here to resend the OTP link. You will receive the OTP on your registered mobile number or e-mail ID again. Enter the newly received OTP again. vi. Enter OTP & Click the PROCEED button.vii. Click the Services > User Services > Register / Update DSC command. In case of Existing Registration:a. Login to the GST Portal with valid credentials.b. Go to My Profile link2. Click the Register/ Update DSC link.3. The Register Digital Signature Certificate page is displayed. In the PAN of Authorized Signatory drop-down list, select the PAN of the authorized Signatory that you want to register. Note: Only PAN specified in the Registration form can be used for registering DSC 4. Select the I have downloaded and installed the signer checkbox.5. Click the PROCEED button.6. Select the certificate. Click the Sign button.A successful message that "Your DSC has been successfully registered" is displayed.
To update your DSC with the GST Portal, perform the following steps: 1. Open https://www.gst.gov.in/2. Login to the GST Portal with the valid credentials.3. Go to My Profile link.4. Click the Register/ Update DSC link.5. The Register Digital Signature Certificate page is displayed. In the PAN of Authorized Signatory drop-down list, select the PAN of the authorized Signatory that you want to update. Note:Before you update your DSC at the GST Portal, you need to install the emSigner utility. The utility can be downloaded from the Register DSC page. DSC registration is PAN based and only Class 3 DSC are accepted at the GST Portal. 6. Click the UPDATE button.7. Click the CONTINUE button.8. Select the certificate. Click the Sign button.A successful message that " DSC has been successfully updated" is displayed.
