How to Check FIPS Version in a DSC Token

1. How to Check FIPS Version in HYP2003 DSC Token

HYP2003 is a commonly used USB cryptographic token for storing Digital Signature Certificates. To check the FIPS version:

Step 1: Install latest driver of HYP2003 ( Download latest driver )

Step 2: Connect the HYP2003 Token & Open the HyperPKI Token Manager for HYP2003 - CSP 3.3

Step 3: Click on HYP2003 in Token list and then check in window as shown in below image.

2. How to Check FIPS Version in Blue MToken

First Option to check FIPS 140-3 version is color of mToken. Blue Color mToken shown below is FIPS 140-3. Old purple MToken is FIPS 140-2.

Step 1: Install latest driver of mToken ( Download latest driver )

Step 2:Connect the New MToken Token & Open the MToken CryptoID ( Blue ) Certificate Utility V3.0.26.807 & Follow below steps to check.

3. How to Check FIPS Version in Precision DSC Token

To check the FIPS version:

Step 1: Install latest driver of Precision Innait ( Download latest driver )

Step 2: After installing driver, Connect the Precision Innait Token & Open the Innit DSC Token Manager, click user Certificates, then scroll the right side section to bottom to check version.

4. How to Check FIPS Version in Proxkey DSC Token

New Proxkey Tokens are having FIPS 140-3 Written on Token & also the Token Serial number is starts With WDNX. Refer below image to check Proxkey FIPS 140-3 Version.
