How to Complete XtraTrust eKYC, Make Payment & Set Challenge Code

Only After Video Verification Approval, you can do eKYC Login. So, if video is approved by Xtratrust, Follow below steps to perform eKYC.

Step 1: Open eKYC Login with link - https://www.xtratrust.com/login. Enter eKYC Username, eKYC PIN, Captcha & OTP from customer. Choose Individual Option and Click on Submit button.

Step 2 : After login, Click on Complete eSign button as shown in below image to complete eSign. It will take 5-10 Seconds to perform it.

Step 3: On next screen it will ask to make payment if payment is pending. Click on Complete Payment. Make payment and refresh the below page after payment. If payment is not pending goto next step to set challenge code.

Step 4 : After payment, click on Set Challenge Code button as shown below to set code to download dsc. This code will be required to download dsc. So keep it simple as 123456.

Step 5 : After clicking Set Challenge Code button, pop up window will open. Enter 123456 or any number as per your choice, confirm it and click on send to Both ( email & Mobile ) and Click on Save button.
