How to Download XtraTrust Signing & Encryption DSC with XtraTrust Utility.

After eKYC Completion and Set challenge code, follow these steps to download DSC in DSC Token.

Step 1 : Plugin the DSC Token and make sure Token driver is installed. If its not installed, install the Token driver.

Step 2: Download XtraTrust DSC Download Software ( utility ) with below link and save it on desktop. This same software will be used to download all DSCs.

Step 3: After installing the software, open it and enter Application ID & Challenge Code and click on Submit.

Step 4: On Next, Click on Load DSC Option.

Step 5 : Click on Download Button as shown below.

Step 6 : Before downloading, it will ask you to plug in the Token. If Token is plugin, Click on Yes, if Token is not pluged in, Plug in Token and then Click yes.

Step 7: Choose your Token type and Click on Submit button. Wait for 10- 15 Seconds to download dsc. Do not close, remove Token during download.

Step 8: After download, it will show you the below success message. Click on OK. If you have applied only Signing DSC, process is completed. If you also want to download encryption certificate do not close any window and follow next step 9.

Step 9: After Clicking on Ok button, it will show you pop up window to download encryption certificate. There will be two options. You have to select Download into Your Token.

Now set Password for Encryption. Keep it simple like 123456, Confirm password also and Click on Submit button. Wait 5-10 Seconds.

Step 10: After some seconds, Encryption certificate will also be downloaded and it will show you success message. Click on Ok button and plug out Token after 5 seconds.
