As per CCA Guidelines ( point 1.24 page no 10 ) now all RA Partners need to complete their eKYC to become a digital signature partner with any certifying authorities like Capricorn Identity. Today we are helping you with detailed step to step guide to complete the KYC process.
Document Requirement to do KYC:-

As soon as you will open your Capricorn Cash Login, you will find below screen to complete KYC process. If you have existing KYC id enter it, enter PIN and OTP and Submit. If you do not have eKYC ID Click on Dont have eKYC, Click here to create new as show in image.
Step 1: After opening the link, Click on Organization Option.
Step 2: On next screen, Choose eKYC for Authorised Signatory and fill all details. Upload Applicant Photo, tick on undertaking and Click on Submit.
Step 3: On next screen, Click on Get OTP to comeplete email and mobile verification, enter OTPs and click on Verify. Upload document as per list and Next click on Record Now to complete Video Verification.

Step 4: After completing Video Verification and video verification, Click on eKYC menu in your login and click View KYC and then click on Applicant ID to check status.
Step 5: Check the status on the right side. All steps must be completed.
Step 6: Now to link it with your profile, Click on your profile name and then click on Link your KYC button.
Step 7: Enter your eKYC ID, PIN and click on Get OTP. Enter the OTP and Click on Submit.
Step 8: On next screen, it will show you eKYC Account details, Click on Confirm and Update
Step 9: Now to completing eKYC Agreement, Click on Profile Name and Click on Agreement
Step 10: On next screen it will open agreement, Accept the terms and conditions of the service and Click on Next button. Enter the Ekyc ID, Pin and Click on Send OTP. Enter the OTP and click on Submit. You will see Agreement eSigned Successfully.
