Under Digital India Inititative, CCA has been introduced Aadhaar Based Paperless Digital Signature through eSign & eKYC of customer. eKYC is basically a way to authenticate User electronically with help of OTP. When User request OTP, UIDAI send an OTP to Customer on his registered Mobile Number / e-Mail ID. User need to enter the same during enrollment. Since there is a chance of compromise of OTP, to confirm the authenticate of user Video Recording is mandatory to finish the transaction.
