FAQ: What is Tele Verification Error / No Record Found ?

As per government guidelines, The mobile number should be registered in the name of the eKYC applicant as per records of the Telecom Companies like Airtel, Vodafone, Jio etc. For example Sunil Singh is an applicant so you cannot use the Mobile Number of Sumit Goyal. or in case of mismatch or no record found or if its a mismatch, you can apply DSC through 2 options: Bank Penny Drop Verification OR Apply Online Aadhar PAN Based DSC.

Bank Penny Drop Verification, you have to enter bank details of applicant and XtraTrust will send some amount automatically to verify the applicant name with bank records. Online Aadhar KYC based DSC

Benefits of Aadhaar eKYC - No Tele Verification, No documents Upload, No requirement of Original Documents in Video. No Aadhaar XML Required. During the enrollment of DSC, Enter PAN number of Applicant to make it pan based.


FAQ: How to apply Aadhaar Online Pan based DSC ?

To disable Support Charges during dsc apply, Click on NO button as shown in below screen. If can not be removed later.

FAQ: How to Choose Bank Penny Drop Verification Option ?

After Choosing PAN Based DSC, On Next Screen, you will find the option of Bank Penny Drop Verification as shown in below screen. You have to enter bank detaiils of applicant to auto verify his name from bank account.

FAQ: What is eKYC Username and where it was entered ?

During the dsc apply, eKYC User name will be visible on left side of Set eKYC User PIN as shown in below screen. Almost in all case, it is mobile number. Write down eKYC Username, eKYC PIN ( Set like123456 ) etc in excel sheet for records. It will be mandatory for rest of the process.

FAQ: Where to add business partner details during dsc apply ?

As per shown in below screen, during dsc enrollment, you will get option to add Business Partner Details. Enter your details, Click on Verifiy Code to verify it. If you do not add your partner details you will not get commission.

FAQ : How to Apply Organization based ( Signing/Combo ) dsc ?

To Apply Organization DSC, Choose Organization Option, then Choose Signing only, or Both ( Signing & Encryption - Combo ) option, and rest options like validity etc. For NSWS, Startup India, DPIIT, eTenders, Choose Organization Both ( Sign & Encrypt ) Option.

FAQ: What is Employee Code & Department in Organization DSC? During organization dsc enrollment, it will ask for employee code & department. If applicant do not provide, you can enter from below options. Employee Code : Enter 123 ( If Applicant donnot provide anything )

FAQ: How to select / choose Pay Later Option ?

During DSC apply, On payment screen choose Pay later Option as shown in below screen.

Benefit of choosing Pay Later ? You have to pay after video approval from eKYC login.

If you are facing "Invalid eKYC details" error, follow these steps :Open Customer eKYC Login, Go to Top right corner and Click Profile Photo and Click Manage Account, then Click on Temporary Deactivation & Click Submit.  Now logout and apply for a fresh DSC.

FAQ : How to download Customer Bill from eKYC Login ?

To download Customer DSC Invoice, Login in XtraTrust Customer eKYC Login, then Goto Payment History Menu and Click on PDF icon to download Invoice.

FAQ : How to get refund or Delete Application ID ? If you want to delete Application ID for any reason, Open XtraTrust Partner Login, Go to DSC Status Menu then Application Status. List of Application IDs will open. On thr right side, check Refund or Delete Button. If you already made the payment & want to delete that ID, click on Refund, Enter your bank details and submit. You will get refund in 5-7 Working days. Application ID will be deleted. If you have not made the payment and want to delete the ID, Click on Delete button and it will be deleted.

If you are facing error of "User Already Exist" then login in customers existing eKYC login and click on Buy DSC in left side menu, then Click on Buy Certificate button. Rest all process will be same.

FAQ : How to check if PAN number is entered in DSC or not ?

To this, Open Partner login, Click on Track Application, enter Application ID and Search. In below tabs click on General Information and then Check Include PAN No - Yes or No as shown in below image.

FAQ : How to reissue DSC from eKYC Login ? To reissue DSC from eKYC login, Open XtraTrust eKYC login, Click on DSC Services menu and then Click Reissuance. Enter Application ID and submit. OTP will go to customer, enter OTP and dsc will be reissued. Now download the DSC. Reissuance is Free of cost only 1 time during dsc expiry period, If reissued 2nd time, you have to pay again.

To add & Verifiy Bank details in partner login, Open XtraTrust Partner login and click on Name of Partner ( Top Right Side ), Click on My Profile and then Click on Bank Details Tab. Enter your bank details, Click on Update, After adding Click on verifiy bank to verifiy it.
